Description:The technique of server isolation using Internet Protocol security (IPSec) is an alternative to achieve logical isolation, protecting network communications, and as a result, the defense-in-depth architecture. Physical and logical isolation are category options technology, adopted by this architecture, to provide security in computer systems and networks.

Will be presented a brief script to extend the server isolation technique based on the Internet Protocol security (IPSec), in networks with mixed operating systems and that, in addition, have migrated to IPv6. For the integration of heterogeneous systems, proposed a combination of the OpenSSL software and IPSec Tools in addition to the operating systems based on free software and the creation of a public key infrastructure.

RUN-TIME ERROR-Excel 2003

The problem:
We can see that the user was having problem to run a macro in a Microsoft Excel 2003 file, which used some of the references to the Progresses.
Whenever the user ran the macro, was displayed the following error message:

Solution
Analyzing the file structure and references of the Progresses we find that the reference to the "Microsoft Windows Common Controls 6.0 (SP6)" was with the status "MISSING".

See the step by step to solve the problem mentioned in the above image:

1. click CLOSE in the error message and close completely your Excel file
2. open the file it is showing the error;
3. open with Excel, press Alt + F11 to open the Microsoft Visual Basic
4. in the VBA editor, click the Toolsmenu, References.

5. click on Browse ...

6. the Add Reference dialog box appears, locate the C:\Windows\System32 folder (on W7, the folder isSysWOW64 C:\Windows\)
7. open the file MSCOMCTL.OCX -to do this, change the display type of the file as the image below:

8. then click on the file MSCOMCTL.OCX and Open.
9. a reference to the Microsoft Windows Common Controls 6.0 (SP6) is added in the References-VBAProject dialog box.

Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Management in Windows 7 64 bit

The Problem:

When you try to run the installation of SQL Server 2005 Management Studio Express Edition SP3 on a machine with Windows 7 64 bit incompatibility the following error occurred: "Installation of this product failed because it is not supported on this operating system. For information on supported configurations, see the product documentation "

The Solution

1. download a new installer is compatible with Windows 7; the link http://download.microsoft.com/download/a/6/c/a6c820bb-9043-4ef6-8a7b-a0cd327cf8c5/SQLServer2005_SSMSEE_x64.msi

2. Open command prompt (CMD) as Administrator.

3. at the command prompt, navigate to the location where you saved the installation of SQL Server 2005, and then run the following command: MSIEXEC/I SQLServer2005_SSMSEE_x64.msi

Fujitsu FI-6230 Scanner in Windows 7 64 bit

The problem with the Scanner Fujitsu FI-6230

The CD with the driver who was with the user and the network driver were not compatible with Windows 7 64 bit.

The problem was solved by Fujitsu site and downloading a new driver of the Scanner; then install on the user's machine in accordance with the procedure in Fujitsu's own site.

Solution -Drive Scanner Fujitsu FI-6230

1. Download the drive for Windows 7 64 bit in the link http://www.fujitsu.com/global/support/computing/peripheral/scanners/drivers/index.html

2. follow the installation procedure in the link mentioned just above

Adobe suites on Windows 7 64 bit-there was a problem with the licensing of this product

The Problem
To open the Adobe Professional 10 or Adobe Flash Builder 4.6, the user would receive the following error message:
"There was a problem with the licensing of this product. Restart your computer and the product. If this problem still occurring after the restart, please contact customer support for further assistance and mention the error code at the bottom of this screen.
Error: 213: 11
http://www.adobe.com/br/support/"

This problem can occur with the following suites from Adobe:

Adobe Flash Builder 4.6
Adobe Flash Builder 4.5
Adobe Acrobat (Adobe Acrobat X Pro/Adobe acrobat professional 10)

We verified that it was a problem of permission in the folder SLStore.

Solution

1. Access by using an account that has Administrative privileges to the directory: C:\Users\All Users\Application Data\Adobe
2. Click as a right click on the SLStore folder then "Property"
3. navigate to the tab "Safety"
4. Edit the permissions of the accounts "authenticated users" and "Users (HOST)"-This is optional-adding "Changeoptions" and "Record"

If you follow this step and have not solved your problem-what I find very difficult to follow this other procedure:

1. access the control panel and Remove the Adobe Flash Builder 4.6
2. Reboot the machine
3. Download the software Adobe Creative Suite Cleaner Tool for Macintosh (cleaning tool) on the link http://download.macromedia.com/pub/creativesuite/cleanertool/win/adobe_creative_suite_cleaner_tool.zip
4. Unzip the AdobeCreativeSuiteCleanerTool.zip.
5. double-click AdobeCreativeSuiteCleanerTool to open it.
6. right click AdobeCreativeSuiteCleanerTool.exe and choose Run as administrator.
7. follow the on-screen prompt to complete the script. When the cleaning tool is complete, press Enter to exit.
8. restart the system.
9. Proceed with the installation of Adobe Flash Builder 4.6
New Installation
10. we continue with the installation.
11. Rebooted the system
