Error: Unable to load Ungca32.dll

Solution to the incident "error: Unable to load Ungca32.dll. The plugin is not usable ".

 Analysis of the problem:
Probably you are uninstalling 7-zip, but stayed in the Windows registry keys that refer to the program.

 Solution:
1. go to control panel and check if the 7-zip is installed; If you are, please uninstall.
2. open the "regedit" in Start > Run.
3. search for the Word 7-zip.
4. Delete all entries that still refer to the program.

Excel/Word/worksheet File does not open on the network


This solution can be applied to any files that do not open on the network; for exceeding the limitations of OS character.

Analysis of the problem:
The user attempted to open a particular worksheet on the net, but couldn't; I received a message stating that it cannot find the file:

"... Check the spelling of the file name and its location is correct.
If you are trying to open the file from your list of recently used files on the file menu, make sure that the file has not been renamed, moved or deleted. "

Verify that the path where was the spreadsheet exceed the character limitations of the operating system.
The problem was solved by creating a new mapping and pointing to where was the spreadsheet.

Excel 2003 does not open in Excel 2010


Analysis of the problem
The user could not open some Excel 2003 spreadsheets in Excel 2010.

ODBC-call failed


Analysis of the problem
The user was having problem to import/link some queries in Microsoft ACCESS 2010 used the drive of IBM DB2 CONNECT.
We note that the DSN was configured in the wrong place in ODBC. The ODBC standard Windows 7 64-bit is 64 bit and does not work for programs that require a connection with source in the 32 bit ODBC.
The problem was solved as follows:
1. Click Start, click Run (or Windows key on the keyboard + R) and type:%windir%\SysWOW64\odbcad32.exe
2. perform the required settings and test.
So, when the application is using 32-bit source connection, the connection is automatically loaded from the DSN configured in Odbcad32.exe located in the folder%systemdrive%\Windows\SysWoW64.

 Even the DSN configured correctly when the user was testing did not work.
When the user was the process of connecting with the DSN sources within the MS Accss, received the following error message: "ODBC-call failed. The drive specified could not be loaded due to system error 193: (IBM DB2 ODBC DRIVER, D:\Arquivo of progras\SQLLIB\BIN\DB2CLI.DLL). (# 160) "
We check so this was a mismatch with the MS Office 2010 64 bit.
The problem was solved by removing the MS Office 2010 64 bit and installed a 32 bit summer

2. Install and configure the DB2 Connect; following the recommended procedure for your enterprise;

Windows Problem Reporting stopped working

Analysis of the problem
When the user attempts to open a .doc or .docx file in Microsoft Word 2010 64-bit, he stopped working and displays the following error message:

"Windows Problem Reporting stopped working"

Searching for the error on the Microsoft Web site we find out that the problem was caused by the Send to Bluetooth add-in.
We follow the http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2668847/pt-br procedure to disable the Send to Bluetooth add-in, but we couldn't.
Tried to disable the add-in, but when the Word was it loaded automatically--even performing the procedure suggested in the Microsoft site desativava not supplement.
The problem was solved by opening Microsoft Word in "run as Administrator" and then disabling the add-in.

Could not find procedure entry point

Solution for error:

"Could not find the procedure entry point? detach3 @ QListData @ @ QAEPAUData @ @ 1 XZ in the dynamic link library QtCore4.dll" 
This error can occur when installing some equipment modem with Windows 7 32 bit or 64 bit.

If after installing some of these modems: WAVE MSA190UP, Huawei E1756 or some other modem, you receive the error message:
"Could not find the procedure entry point? detach3 @ QListData @ @ QAEPAUData @ @ 1 XZ in the dynamic link library QtCore4.dll"

This problem is caused by a conflict of QtCore4.dll DLLs and QtGui4.dll
- QtCore4.dll and DLLs are DLLs QtGui4.dll used by third-party software for manipulation of graphical interface. 

1. Compare the DLLs that are in conflict

QtCore4.dll, QtGui4.dll and DLLs that are in the directory C:\Windows\System32

2. made the comparison of DLLs that are in conflict, keep only the latest, in the folders:

Fix AutoCAD 2007 correction in Windows 7 64 Bits

The problem:
AutoCAD 2007 has compatibility issues with Windows 7 64 bit and was not approved by Autodesk for running in Windows 7.
Analysis on the problem:
We note that after installation of AutoCAD 2007, when you try to run it, the software doesn't open.
Even by selecting the option to "compatibility mode with Windows XP SP2, the system did not work. We conduct other tests by adding the user to the Administrators group and enabled compatibility mode again with WinXP SP2, and that outside AutoCAD worked normally.
Since the user could not be in the Administrators group, use the ACT to force the settings mentioned above; and then install the fix on the micro user correction.

Error after installing Windows XP on a HP Wowkstation workstation "

Analysis and solution of the problem:

Driver Webcam LG LIC-300 in Windows 7

Analysis of the problem
Tried to install the Driver for the Webcam LG LIC-300 in Windows 7 64 Bit and we couldn't. Did not find the Driver for W7 in the manufacturer's website and not the Windows Update managed to install the Generic Driver. The problem was solved by installing the Driver from another manufacturer available camera Clone
 

 Solution
1. Download and then instaland the WebCam Driver LIC-300 LG for W7
2. Connect the WebCam in the machine
