Windows Problem Reporting stopped working
Analysis of the problem
Searching for the error on the Microsoft Web site we find out that the problem was caused by the Send to Bluetooth add-in.
We follow the http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2668847/pt-br procedure to disable the Send to Bluetooth add-in, but we couldn't.
Tried to disable the add-in, but when the Word was it loaded automatically--even performing the procedure suggested in the Microsoft site desativava not supplement.
The problem was solved by opening Microsoft Word in "run as Administrator" and then disabling the add-in.

Solution
1. open a new document in Microsoft Word in the "run as Administrator" mode by clicking Start, all programs, Microsoft Office, press the Shift key and click with the right side of the mouse in Microsoft Word 2010, click on "run as administrator";
