Solution - shortcuts on the desktop do not open correctly
The user could not open any shortcut on the desktop.
Analysis of the problem
We verified that the user unwittingly changed the association (assoc) Shortcuts (lnk) on the desktop. The shortcuts were no associated program. The problem was solved by running, at the prompt, the command: assoc .lnk
Solution
1. Press on your keyboard Winkey + R (windows flag + R) type: cmd
2. Now just type: assoc .lnk
If not resolved, follow the steps below:
1. Download the Fix .lnk;
2. Extract and run the file;
3. Reboot the machine and test.
