Análise do problema Verificamos que a usuária involuntariamente alterou a associação (assoc) dos Atalhos(.lnk) na área de trabalho. Os atalhos estavam sem nenhum programa associado. O problema foi resolvido executando, no prompt, o comando: assoc .lnk Solução Pressione no seu teclado   WinKey + R , (bandeirinha do windows + R) digite: cmd Agora basta escrever: assoc .lnk Se não resolver, seguir os passos abaixo: Baixar o Corrige Atalho(.lnk) ; Descopactar e executar o arquivo; Reinicialize a máquina e teste.
